Features of Gas Cage
  1. Durable Yellow Powder Coating:
The surface is coated with a yellow powder finish that provides a clear warning effect, making it highly visible and suitable for outdoor environments.

  2. Modular Cabinet Design:
The cabinet is assembled from separate top, bottom, side, and door components. The sides and doors are constructed using a frame and steel mesh, ensuring ventilation from all sides. Each part can be stacked flat for packaging, significantly reducing transportation costs. The product is easy to assemble yet remains sturdy after installation.

  3. Support Feet for Ground Installation:
Supporting feet are attached to the bottom, making it convenient to install and secure the cabinet on the ground. (Note: Installation hardware is not provided.)

  4. Magnetic Door Buckle:
A strong magnetic door buckle ensures that the cabinet door remains securely closed at all times, enhancing safety.

  5. Padlock Provision for Security:
A padlock position is reserved to prevent unauthorized access to hazardous chemicals stored inside the cabinet.

  6. Forklift-Friendly Design:
The cabinet can be moved using a forklift if required; however, this should only be done when no gas cylinders are inside the cabinet.

  7. Adjustable Chain for Cylinder Stability:
The cabinet is equipped with an adjustable chain to secure compressed gas cylinders in an upright position, preventing them from tipping over.

These features make the gas cage a practical and efficient solution for storing compressed gas cylinders safely and securely.
